Learn how to download & install Crystal Report Runtime in this Tutorial. The SAP Crystal Report is the reporting tool that used to design reports both in web and desktop environment. The Sap Crystal report has gone through changes in name quite a few times and the current version is named SAP Crystal Reports, developer version for Microsoft Visual Studio. The last known name for the product was SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010. You can go to Crystal Report Runtime download link and skip the introduction.

Hi I have a question. I am trying to install crystal reports run time .msi file. How ever it installs by default in c drive I have already installed crystal reports designer and server in d drive . Is it possible to install the crystal report runtime in the location in d drive rather than installing it by default in c drive programa files SAPBUSINESSOBJECTS folder ?

helped I have installed the last version of crystal report when I want to create a report viewer in the form issue tells me that crystaldecisions.shared version= I have the latest framework installed and crystal runtime the same version of crystal report I have tried all thing but nothing solved thanks

I have Crystal Report V-12.0.2000.0 installed on my Windows-10 development machine, which were working good along with my VS-2010 till I have updated my Windows-10 to its latest version (20H2). It is not throwing any error however reports are not showing. Could you please help me out here? Thanks in advance.

Starting from Visual Studio 2010, the Crystal Reports are no longer installed with Visual Studio. Crystal Reports for Visual Studio must be downloaded and installed separately from the SAP Crystal Reports website. The Sap Crystal Reports is free to use and download.

To Create and develop Dot Net application with crystal reports, you need to install Crystal Reports Developer Edition for Visual Studio. To distribute the application to the client or as a web server, you need to install the Crystal Reports runtime.

You can download the latest edition of crystal reports from the official site. Just click on the following link. The latest version available is SP31 and it runs on all editions of visual studio starting from Visual Studio 2015 up to 2019.

If you are arriving here for the first time, then register with them. The Registration is free and allows you to access a few free pieces of stuff along with the software. The free stuff includes manuals, software downloads & access to Community.

Non of the download links above are valid for the legacy products from SAP any longer. The SAP webpages and links from the Wiki are a disgrace and mostly broken for older products. Desperately need SP21 for VS2017 (CR 13.0.3500) and cannot find a download anywhere.

Hi, I have vs2015 and vs2017 installed. And the crystal report version in web.config is 13.0.3500.0 but the web is hosted where the crystal report is 13.0.2000.0. I already try sp20 which states 13.0.20. I also have use useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy in web.config.. What should I do. Please help

Hi sir, I am using vs 2013 for window form and is taking default crystal report ref i.e ( is working fine at developer end. but I run at user end , error show: could not load file assembly Crystal.decisions.window.form version 13.0.3500.0. How can i get runtime for the same version. or How can resolve? Please advise.

I have installed or updated the below CrystalReport packages from Package Manager console for my existing VB.Net application with crystal reports(Using 4.8 .Net Framework). 1. CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine 2. CrystalDecisions.Reportsource 3. CrystalDecisions.Shared 4. CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms 5. CrystalDecisions.Web

i installed .Net framework 4.6 in windows 7 64 bit and Crystal reports working now. But our project is in .Net framework 4.5. should i use crystal report SP20 or below SP27 or below SP25 for .Net framework 4.5 compatibility. Please suggest, your suggestion will be really helpful.

The important thing to remember is that they mix like oil and water. 32 bit applications can only use 32 bit ODBC, 64 bit applications can only use 64 bit. The reasons all the reports stop working is that only 32 bit ODBC connections (DSNs) have been configured. 350c69d7ab
